The Picture of Dorian Gray
Oscar Wilde poster
Oscar Wilde's only published novel is a strange and bewitching animal. Its titular anti-hero wallows in consequence-free depravity with only his portrait to remind him that his evil ways cannot last forever. This shocking, Faustian story is nontheless very much a Wilde work, glittering with the legendary command of language that made him a rightly famous author.
There are two designs. The untitled one features Mr Gray's painting with the hard-justification removed from the text for a rough, decaying feel which is only evident on close inspection.
